We design and create meaningful and unique keepsakes for you to cherish. Each piece is handcrafted in our studio in Adelaide – Australia. Each letter is individually stamped by hand, meaning no two pieces will come out the same – making each piece a unique creation. Also, the letters will not be perfectly straight – this adds to the charm of a handstamped, handcrafted piece! The spacing in between letters and names will not be perfect either.

Refunds and exchanges
If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. At Elle Hill we strive to meet the expectations and full satisfaction of all our customers. We are not able provide refunds on “custom” orders. If the error was our mistake, we will fix it immediately. If the error was not our mistake, or you are simply dissatisfied with the product or the font you chose, then the piece is yours to keep. We reserve the right to judge our own quality, we do our very best to send out the highest quality of handstamped jewellery.
Care and cleaning
All jewellery should be removed before sleeping, showering or swimming.
To clean your piece we recommend using a soft jeweller cleaning cloth.
All sterling silver naturally tarnishes, and there are many different factors- climate, lotions, etc., that might cause your piece to tarnish faster than others. Storing your piece in an airtight plastic bag when not worn will help.
All prices are in Australian dollar. We accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Payment can also be made via bank transfer. Piece will commence creation once payment had been cleared.
Gift certificates are available for purchase and are perfect for a last minute gift. Gift certificates will be posted within 1 day of your payment being cleared.
Shipping & delivery
Please allow up to 10 working days from the time your payment has cleared for us to create and ship your order. During certain peak seasons (Christmas, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day) this may take longer. We do our absolute best to get orders out in a timely manner! If you require your piece in a hurry please contact us prior to ordering to see if we can accommodate this for you.
We ship Australia Post (with very limited tracking). For all orders over $75 shipping is free. For orders under $75 shipping is charged at a flat rate of $8. Shipping insurance is optional ($3) but highly recommended – we are not responsible for lost packages.
We are happy to ship internationally via Australia Post. International shipping is charged at a flat rate of $20.00. We are not responsible for any customs fees that may be charged.
Sales and promotions
All sales and promotions are valid only during the stated promotional time period. Sale offers cannot be applied to previous purchase, nor can they be combined with other offers. Only one coupon code or offer can be used at a time. Sale offers cannot be applied to an item after is has gone out of stock. Any promotional offers may be modified or terminated at any time without notice.
